On the road to the hilltop villages...I was thinking of having lunch in one of the villages but...everything is closed at that time so I see this little inn on the road with an "open" sign...but upon entering I am told that it is open but it is closed!I was desperate and above all hungryso the charming gentleman improvised a Corsican charcuterie board with bread from the day before but very good nonetheless! With a little beer....and a breathtaking view...and a Milan flying over the valley...I admit that I was delightedSo Mr. boss of this inn you can be proud of your employee who was able to welcome me while running to the kitchen because in the preparations for FridayThanks again!!!This hostel is definitely a place to stop...preferably when it's openLife on Valinco Bay and on the maquis is GREAT!!!And the very friendly welcome

What a magnificent viewFor that alone it is worth stopping there, even if only to drink a glass of Cap CorseI'm not talking about the meat being delicious, a little less the accompaniments.But the MEAT is worth the detour
